Pearl Green Tea is made with entire bud-set (two leaves and a bud). After hand-picked, tea leaves are roasted which keeps their vibrant color. Then the leaves are rolled and tossed until they form into tight balls before the final stage of oven drying. This delicate tea has a smooth and refreshing aroma with earthy undertones and a pleasant bitterness typical of green teas. Green pearls go through the ‘agony of the leaf’ during brewing and slowly unfurl into long shaped leaves releasing a magnitude of refreshing aroma.
