Our garden ‘Jaubari Tea Estate’ is located in Godak, Ilam. We farm tea in the 35-acres of former barley fields (Jau-bari in Nepali). We grow, harvest, crush /roll the leaves, ferment the leaves and package the tea ourselves in our own factory. Visitors can stroll around the serene tea gardens or learn about the entire production process. You can also visit the factories to know about the tea refinement process, which could be a fascinating experience altogether. You can see how tea leaves are plucked off by people with a deft motion of their nimble fingers and you can try to pluck some yourself.

We have local and international visitors visiting our garden all around the year. Our goal is to make sure we provide you a genuine tea garden visit experience. We have tents for you to stay where you can have camping kind of trip. If you do not prefer tents, we also have guest rooms. Guest rooms and services will be similar to home stay/Airbnb.
